Terms and Conditions

Payment by Paypal, Cheque, Postal Order, Credit and Debit Cards. No goods will be despatched until payment has cleared (unless prior arrangement is made with us). You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of made to order items). Items can be returned at your cost and we will give you a full refund of your purchase. All goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when despatched.

Delivery

We promise to post within 3 working days (but usually it is the next day after the order is received). We cover all areas of the UK Ireland and Europe (ask for details). We use Royal Mail and Courier services depending on weight and size of packets and parcels. We will combine multiple purchases, please ask. We will deliver to the address that you specify. Make sure your details are accurate. If you indicate that the parcel is to be left anywhere without a signature it will be at your own risk. We accept no liability of loss or damage once the goods have been delivered. We need your E-mail address to confirm your order and despatch.
